Where it comes from

Two origins, sold green, roast-ready for your bar.

We work with two long-term partner regions. Each lot is contracted directly with the farm before harvest, graded for export, and sold to you unroasted so your roastery controls the profile.

From farm to your roastery

What happens before it reaches your bar.

A short, deliberate chain — fewer hands, more accountability.

01

Contracted at origin

We reserve each lot directly with the farm or cooperative at a price agreed before harvest.

02

Milled and graded

Beans are wet-milled and graded for screen size, density, and defect count before export.

03

Bagged green for export

Lots are packed in jute or GrainPro sacks that hold moisture steady in transit, left unroasted.

04

Shipped to your roastery

Bulk freight and customs are handled end to end, with tracking from port to your dock.

Sourcing, honestly

Ethical sourcing isn't a label we add. It's how we buy.

We work with a small number of farms and cooperatives we visit in person, paying above market rate and committing to multi-year contracts so growers can plan ahead.

A portion of every sack sold goes back into shared infrastructure at origin — washing stations, drying beds, and clean water access for farming families. Your roastery gets full traceability back to the lot.

From our wholesale accounts

What roasters and cafes are saying.

"The Yirgacheffe lots arrive consistent sack to sack, and the screen size and moisture numbers always match the spec sheet. That consistency is rare."

— Coffee roastery, Seattle WA

"Placing a reorder takes minutes and checkout runs through our normal payment method. Freight timing has been reliable every quarter."

— Cafe owner, Austin TX

"Knowing exactly which cooperative grew the green coffee we buy, and that they were paid fairly for it, matters to our customers too."

— Roastery buyer, Toronto ON
